The Natural Capital Research Platform at the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering comprises a large group of dynamic researchers active in mapping, understanding, managing and valuing the world’s Natural Capital. Nineteen professors and several dozens of postdocs and Phds are involved in the platform. Together they span a wide range of disciplines ranging from remote sensing, over soil science, hydrology, biogeochemistry, ecophysiology, forest and nature management, wood technology to life cycle assessment and natural resource economics. The platform is active across the globe.
